Kilsan: Transportation
Our products reach our customers' sites every hour of the day. |
| |
Kilsan: Materials Savings
Since our products' vertical joints connect to each other, it is only necessary to use plaster in horizontal joints, saving time and money during construction.
| |
Kilsan: Porosity
The porosity of Kilsan's products is created by coal that is added to the raw material. This coal burns during the firing process, leaving pores. |
| |
Kilsan: Lightness
The porosity of Kilsan products makes them light. This lightness, results in less stress on the bearing structure, allowing less steel to be used. |
| |
Kilsan: Healthy Environments
A building's walls should not attempt to seal out nature. The "breathing" characteristics of Kilsan products allow for a healthy indoor environment by balancing internal and external heat and moisture. |
| |
Kilsan: Moisture Control
With the characteristics of fired clay, KILSAN products efficiently absorb and expel moisture. Compared to other construction products, Kilsan products expel moisture 10 times faster. (*) |

Kilsan: Exacting standards
Our products are carefully manufactured to exacting standards. |
| |
Kilsan: T-square Smoothness
With their T-squared structure, Kilsan products allow for the building of smooth walls, saving labor, time and plaster. |
| |
Kilsan: Fire Durability
Because Kilsan products are fired at 1000ºC, they are effectively fire-proof. |

When clay goes into the kin, it expels water crystals, creating a capillary structure in the material. Kilsan products absorb up to 14% of the moisture created by rain, water vapor, and similar factors. At the same time, the capillarity structure of the brick allows this moisture to evaporate quickly. This intake and evaporation of water is referred to as "breathing". This ensures that Kilsan products have excellent moisture control characteristics. |
